Descriptions of fungi and algae from Croatian caves
The new species we represent in our posts are always from the group of invertebrates. Today we would like to present two new species from (for us) unusual groups of fungi and algae.
In the caves of Lika, on the bat droppings, a new species of fungi named Ramgea ozimecii was found. From the Crveno jezero lake a new species of algae Gomphosphenia plenkoviciae was described.
